CTSComplete Managed Services

As a definition, Managed Services allow a business to offload IT operations to a service provider, known as a Managed Services Provider. The managed service provider assumes an ongoing responsibility for 24-hour monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for the IT systems within a business.

 We offer three levels of service: Core, Advanced, and Guardian.

Preventive Maintenance, Spyware/Malware/Virus Monitoring & Inventory Management

With the CTSComplete Core Plan, you get all the preventative maintenance you would expect from your provider once a month - except now you'll get it every day.  We monitor for network for spyware, virus activity and keep your systems patched and updated.  Add to that user access to our live service desk for remote support by phone and over the internet, and the Core Plan is a great first step into the CTSComplete program.

Preventative Maintenance & Support for Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Wireless Access Points

CTSComplete Advanced gives you the prevention and the cure all in one.  We apply the rigorous preventative maintenance and remote management software from our Core Plan to put us closer to your network.  And with the Advanced Plan, if something does get through to your servers, it's our problem, not yours.

Preventative Maintenance & Unlimited Support for Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points & Workstations

CTS
Complete Guardian extends the support benefits of our Advanced Plan to where the real work gets done - the workstation.  We know that most support calls can be handled much faster remotely than waiting for an on-site technician, so we give all your users unlimited access to our live service desk and our on-site engineers.  And we still perform all of the monitoring and maintenance of the Core Plan so you don't have the problems in the first place.

1.  Backup Server Device is available in the event of a Server failure or loss
2.  Covered equipment for Advanced Plan includes routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points under manufacturer's warranty only.  Under both the Advanced and Guardian plans, the client will 
     be responsible for the cost of new equipment, but labor is included.
3.  Hard Disk Recovery is performed in house and is applicable only for drives in normal working condition.  Recovery success is not guaranteed.
4.  The reduced rate for CTSComplete managed services clients is $85.00/hr.  The normal rate for non-managed clients is $145.00/hr.
5.  Support beyond the included hours is subject to the reduced billing rate of $85.00/hr.
